1. About This Service
Lead Scout is an online business prospecting tool operated by Zip360. It allows users to search for local businesses that do not have a website, view business information sourced from third-party data providers, and generate AI website scripts. Lead Scout is accessible at lead-scout.co.za.
By creating an account and using Lead Scout you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Who Can Use Lead Scout
By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement.
3. Accounts and Registration
Each email address may only be used to create one account. Attempting to create multiple accounts to access the free tier more than once is a breach of these terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You may not share your account with anyone else.
4. Subscription Tiers and Pricing
- Free Tier: One search, one website script and one Client Closer outreach script, all at no cost and lifetime — not per month. No credit card required. These allowances cannot be reset or repeated.
- Starter Plan: R169 per month, or R1,690 per year. Includes 10 searches per month and unlimited website scripts. Client Closer is not included on Starter.
- Pro Plan: R399 per month, or R3,990 per year. Includes 20 searches per month, unlimited website scripts, and full Client Closer access — a full outreach system including personalised WhatsApp and email scripts, follow up scripts, objection handlers and prospect tracking.
Search allowances reset every 30 days from your billing start date. Unused searches do not roll over. Prices are in South African Rands. Zip360 reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice.
5. Payment and Billing
Payments are processed by Payfast. Your subscription is charged monthly on your billing date. Payments appear on your bank statement as Zip360. This is the registered trading name of the business operating Lead Scout. If you see Zip360 on your statement and are unsure of the charge, please contact us before raising a dispute. If a payment fails your account will be suspended until payment is successful.
6. No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes monthly fees, partial months, unused searches, and forgotten cancellations. By subscribing you accept this policy in full. If you believe you were charged in error contact us within 7 days.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account tab. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to your tier until that date.
Once your current billing period ends, your account moves into a limited state:
- You can still log in with your original email address
- You can view up to 3 of your previously saved leads
- All remaining saved leads are retained in our system and will be restored immediately if you reactivate
- You will not be able to perform new searches, generate scripts or use Client Closer
- No refund will be issued for the remaining days in your billing period
To reactivate your subscription log in and select a plan. All your saved leads will be restored instantly.
8. Free Trial Terms
The free tier gives you one search only. This is a lifetime allowance tied to your email address. It cannot be reset or repeated. Creating another account to get another free search is a breach of these terms.
Free users retain access to view all leads from their one free search after the search allowance is exhausted.
9. Acceptable Use
Use Lead Scout only for lawful business purposes. You may not reverse engineer the tool, share accounts, harass businesses, circumvent limits, or use automated tools. Zip360 may suspend accounts that breach these terms without notice or refund.
10. Data Accuracy
Business information comes from third-party data providers. Zip360 does not guarantee accuracy. Verify information before contacting businesses. Website scripts are AI-assisted drafts and starting points only.
11. Service Availability
Zip360 will make reasonable efforts to keep Lead Scout available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. No refund for downtime.
12. Intellectual Property
The Lead Scout brand, logo, design and software are owned by Zip360. Website scripts generated are yours to use for your business.
13. Limitation of Liability
Zip360 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 30 days before the claim.
14. Changes to These Terms
Zip360 may update these terms with email notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
